Often I find that when I want to sleep the most, I start to think more. Yes. It's like my brain knows (which it does, as.. that is my thinking organ... I know some people are a fan of using their genitalia as their "thinkers", but I quite like to use my brain for what it is meant for. I'm a rebel like that. Wow, I guess sarcasm really is the lowest form for wit... Even more wow, this was a really long parenthesis-thing. Inner monologue maybe. I like to think of this as that. OH MY GOD I CAN BE SPIDERMAN! Only that he narrates... Moving swiftly (possibly a little late for that now) on...) that I really want to sleep and then decides to be an utter asshat and just plonk random stuff in there that I find either interesting, funny or extremely provoking.
My brain activity is probably increasing when I want to sleep, than when I'm in a normal mindset. How unfair is that!
When I want to sleep is often at 6 o'clock in the morning when I have work/uni/any other sort of appointment the next day, though, so this doesn't happen very often...
Relax, you don't have to face off the super-genius M-m...arshmallow? ... Sure, Marshmallow. Just yet.
You have time to plan how to beat me, though, you won't be able to. Let's face it. You won't be able to.
I need to sleep now, so my poor braincells get some exercise in tormenting me a little longer with their (well... My) garbage for thoughts.
Word of the day: Asshat.
You're welcome.
Brains really can be serious asshats...
ReplyDeleteThey can indeed. Are you also being held awake-hostage by your brain now? I am. Stupid brain.
