Home!

I am so happy! I'm home! And there's snow!
Joyous times!

So this first picture is what waved goodbye to me in London. Can't say I'll miss it.

And this one is what welcomed me home <3 Now THAT was magnificent. I was like a little child sitting on that plane. "Can we go out now? I wanna go out! Let me play in the snooooow!" And so on. As you do.

I soon also found out I had been so fortunate that I would miss my plane due to baggage claims and fuel. But thankfully I was given 150 kr to buy some food! That helped a lot on my mood. After not having slept that night, I was pretty close to weeping in the middle of the airport. Not that I did. But that food perked me right back up. Thank you air plane-lady.

This met me when I got home! <3 Mum! Snow! Joy!

SNOW!

Really hoping for a white Christmas this year.

Chillosaurus Rex

Assessment times are upon us.
It's actually mad that time has gone so fast!
I can't believe I only have 1 and a half year left here in Britain.... It's so sad to think about...!

So let's not! It's advent! Yay! Happiness and joyous times, indeed!
I've found Amalies Jul (Amalie's Christmas), a TV-advent calendar from when I was a kid, so I decided to watch that every day this Christmas...
I got so eager I found some more TV-calendars as well, because I don't know when to stop... ALL THE KIDS TV! YEAH! I love it. Christmas is so awesome.

They have snow back home. I am well jealous, innit.

I've demanded people to send me pictures... It's gorgeous! Beautiful! Magnificent! I love it!

It's Christmas! Thank you Stina for sending me pictures! And mum. Yay!
Can't wait to go home now, to see friends and family and stuff. Yay! Merry Christmas! Have a lovely advent-time!

Horror.

I was meant to post this a few days ago... A week or so... I am tardy!
Building up anticipation:

That moment of sheer terror.
That moment before you are being invaded by a needle,
that moment you realise that there's a car coming right at you when you're in the middle of the streets.
That moment a giant shark is coming at you with its teeth bared at you
or that moment when a GIANT EXPLOSION goes off very close to you!

That moment.
I had that moment a while ago.
My computer screen went pink!
CUE THE HORROR MUSIC!
My pulse is raised when thinking about it....

Fortunately it worked itself out after desperately pressing the weird hinge-things that keep the laptop together... Thank God!

Patrick Wolf Concert

The 7th of November, we saw Patrick Wolf live in Cardiff. The Gate.
Oh my god.
Oh my actual god.
He was amazing. So amazing. I loved every second of it.
He had a few technical difficulties, and handled them so well! Really funny. Stopped in the middle of a song just going "You know what, I hate that shit, just turn it off!" when the projector wouldn't cooperate.

He is amazing live.

Played all sorts of instruments like it was nobody's business. Such an amazing show. The transformation from electronic songs to acoustic was executed really well. So beautiful. So happy I finally got to see him live!

The opening act was really good, too. Abi Wade I think her name was. Worth checking out! She tapped the cello whilst playing and.. Doesn't sound cool when I try to describe it, but it looked really cool. And sounded cool! So many sounds drawn out from one instrument.

I am so happy! He's one of my favourite artists. Easily.
The sounds he creates are incredible, the texts he writes, amazing.
I am a fan girl without shame concerning Patrick Wolf.
Beautiful!

Crushed Bug In the Windowsill

I freaking love life when I see things that are basically taken out of songs. Like the parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme in Scarborough Fair.
....Or when you rearrange things into that order of the song and take a picture of it, giggling like a maniac whilst doing so, making the people around you stare at you....

Well. I'm having my dearest Malene over again, going to watch Patrick Wolf play in Cardiff the 7th.
Can't actually wait.
It's going to be mental to finally see him live.

My sister decided to start a picture war with me.
Naturally, retaliation is a necessity in picture-war. I must admit, hers were a lot funnier than mine, but I'm just going to post mine at this moment.
 I always thought I was adopted... :)

I just realised that we may be a slightly strange family.
Us kids, at least.
It's all good. We're going to be children until the day we die, I think!
